All the products that you order from us go through rigorous quality checks before they reach you. In rare cases that you find them defective, you can contact our customer team at  +91 91506-39340 to place a return request. We will guide you on how to go through the process. You can exchange the defective product for a brand new one or get your money refunded to your account. We will process return requests with in 10 days.
  • Please note that refund/exchange requests have to be placed within 7 days of receiving your product(s)
  • Send us videos and relevant images of the defect to quickly process the refund/exchange process
  • Products that are used, washed, or soiled will not be accepted for an exchange or a refund
  • Please note that the below are features that will not be considered defective
  • Slight variations in color and design In case you wish to return a product because of reasons other than quality issues
  • You will have to courier the product to our warehouse and bear the return shipping charges
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive the product
  • We will refund only the actual price of the product (initial shipping charge paid will not be refunded)

Cancellations

You can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. You can cancel your orders in the following ways. NOTE – Products from the following category will not be returned
  1. Feeding and Nursing
  2. Health and safety
  3. Diapering
  4. Strollers after assembling { unassembled with box intact could be returned within 15 days }
  5. Tricycles on any brand after assembling won’t be accepted.
  6. Swimming pool and Accessories.
